What it is
A flat, low-profile 5 litre airtight container for cold-proofing dough in the fridge. It holds dough made from up to 1500 g of flour, enough for several pizza dough balls or one loaf, and is sized to slide onto a standard fridge shelf.
A flat, airtight plastic box for proofing pizza or bread dough in the fridge for one to three days. It is wide and shallow so it slides onto a fridge shelf, and the sealed lid stops the dough drying out or picking up fridge smells. It holds dough made from up to 1500g of flour, which is several pizza balls or one bread batch. The polypropylene is BPA-free and goes in the dishwasher.
