What this site is
helpfindgifts.com is an independent site that recommends gifts and links to the shops that sell them. We are not a party to any purchase. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Purchases are between you and the shop
We do not sell, ship, invoice or take payment for any product. Prices, availability, delivery times, warranties, returns and refunds are set by the shop you buy from, under that shop's own terms. Please direct questions about an order to that shop.
Accuracy
We check products and prices on each shop's page and show the date we did so, but prices and availability change without notice, and we can make mistakes. Information on this site is provided as general guidance and without warranty. Always confirm the details on the shop's page before buying. If you spot an error, please tell us.
Suitability and safety
Whether a gift suits a particular person is your decision. Follow the manufacturer's age ratings, safety guidance and instructions, especially for toys, food and anything with batteries.
Personal shortlists
A personal shortlist is the one thing we sell: a person chooses five gifts from real shops for the brief you give us and emails them to you within the time shown when you order. The fee pays for that work, not for the gifts, which you buy from the shops yourself. If we cannot find five gifts that fit your brief, or we miss the promised time, we refund the fee in full. Ask for a refund at hello@helpfindgifts.com within 30 days.

Using the site
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial gift shopping. Please do not scrape it at scale, interfere with its operation, or use it to send spam through its forms.

The text, selections and design of this site belong to HelpFindGifts. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, HelpFindGifts is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from any purchase you make from a third-party shop. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
