Why it made our lists

What it is
1L full-immersion cold brew maker: borosilicate glass pitcher with a reusable stainless steel mesh filter. Coffee steeps in the fridge, then the filter lifts out; the pitcher brews, stores and serves. Dishwasher safe.
A one-litre glass jug for making cold brew coffee in the fridge. Coarse ground coffee goes into a fine stainless steel mesh basket, the jug is filled with cold water, and it steeps until strong enough. Then you lift out the filter and pour straight from the same jug, which has a lid and spout for storing. No paper filters are needed, and the parts go in the dishwasher.
