A jar of Cornish sea salt flakes mixed with chilli powder, red pepper and several ground chillies, made for rimming a spicy margarita glass. You wet the rim with lime, dip it in the salt and pour. Outside of cocktails it can be sprinkled on tacos, guacamole or tortilla chips for heat. Salt is about two fifths of the mix and chilli powder a fifth.
