Why it made our lists
A beginner 35mm film camera with a flash and no settings to learn. Suits a teen curious about film photos. Film and developing cost extra, and the fixed shutter needs the flash indoors.
A beginner 35mm point-and-shoot with fixed focus, built-in flash and a sliding lens cover. For the colleague curious about film. Film and developing cost extra, and indoor shots need the flash.
What it is
A beginner 35mm point-and-shoot film camera with a slide lens cover, built-in flash, fixed-focus lens and 1/100s shutter. Several colours, including Avocado Green, Blush Pink and Lavender.
A simple point-and-shoot film camera that takes standard 35mm film and can be reloaded roll after roll. There are no settings: the 25 mm lens is focus-free, the shutter is fixed at 1/100 s and a built-in flash handles dim light. A sliding cover protects the lens and locks the shutter. A window shows whether film is loaded. It runs on one AA battery, not included. Film and developing cost extra.
