A 35cm, 4.5L flat-bottomed wok in 2.5mm Australian iron, seasoned with rice bran oil and made in Sydney, with no synthetic coating. 2.3kg; suits induction, gas, oven and campfire.

A large flat-bottomed wok formed from a single 2.5 mm sheet of Australian iron, with two handles and no rivets, welds or coating. It arrives pre-seasoned with rice bran oil. The flat base sits flush on induction and also works on gas, electric, in ovens and over fire. It is sized for cooking for five or more. It must be dried after washing and kept lightly oiled.
