A deep 10.5 inch frying pan meant to replace several pans: you can fry, sauté, braise, boil and steam in it. The body and domed lid are aluminium, which heats quickly, and the cooking surface is a ceramic nonstick coating made without PFAS. It has pour spouts on the sides and comes with a beechwood spatula that rests across the handle. It can go into the oven up to 450 F. It is offered in several colours.
