What it is

Papersmiths A5 paperback notebook with 236 ruled numbered pages, a printed bookplate, two contents pages and page numbers that shift colour through the book.

An A5 softcover notebook with ruled pages, a bookplate at the front for a name or a dedication, and two contents pages. Every page is numbered, and the numbers shift through the colour spectrum as you go. The paper is a smooth 100gsm stock that the shop says handles fountain pens and most markers with little show-through, though alcohol markers bleed more. Lay-flat binding lets it open without forcing the spine. It is printed and bound in Buckinghamshire.
