What it is
A lightweight yoga block made from recycled EVA foam (0.2 lb) for support and alignment in seated, reclining, restorative and yin poses.
A light foam yoga block in lavender, made from recycled EVA. It props up hands or hips in poses, supports seated and reclining positions, and helps beginners or less flexible people reach the floor. Soft edges make it gentle on joints, while the foam stays firm under load. It measures 4 by 6 by 9 inches and weighs 130 g. Spot clean only.
