Simple Too Spice Collection

What it is

A gift box of four spice blends used in the Simple Too cookbook: za'atar, baharat, chaat masala and black lime powder.

A gift box of four ground spices and blends that recur in the recipes of the Simple Too cookbook. Za'atar is a herby sesame and sumac mix for sprinkling; baharat is a warm Middle Eastern blend with pepper, cinnamon and cloves; chaat masala is a sour, salty Indian blend with black salt and dried mango powder; and black lime powder is dried, ground lime with a sharp citrus taste. Each is a pantry ingredient used by the pinch, so the box lasts a while in a home kitchen.
